One of the signs on the first floor: It is my understanding that there are currently apartments on all 3 floors. The occupants will be moved (so I was told by one of the tenants) to the 3rd floor while renovations take place on the entire 1st and 2nd floors, then the tennants will be relocated to their "new" apartment. The 3rd floor will then be completed.
